Southold Town has posted a preliminary draft and memo of the new land use and zoning code on the town board’s Zoning Update Page. Below are direct links to them for your convenience.
There is also a Draft Zoning Map.
Although this preliminary draft is not yet ready for public input, a Public Review Draft is anticipated by April 1st.
